Work is progressing on CIELO condos, a project that involves the restoration of a 125-year-old church that will be integrated into a 29-storey, 284-unit condo.
The development is a collaboration between Bloor Street United Church and Collecdev Inc. Located on the northwest corner of Bloor and Huron streets, the build is located in The Annex neighbourhood. The project team includes KPMB Architects, Janet Rosenberg & Studio, ORIN Demolition, Montana Steele, Residential Development Services and ERA Architects Inc. CIELO Condos is slated to open for residents in early 2026.
