In the first set of interviews, Warren spoke with Maxwell Floors president Rick Wagner, Fraser River Pile and Dredge president Sarah Clark and EllisDon senior vice-president for Western Canada David McFarlane from the “VRCA Legends” panel about their early days in the industry, what they wish they’d known when they started and what they’ve learned through the years rising through the construction industry.
