KITCHENER, ONT. — A new medical centre is now complete and ready to open for patients in the underserviced south side area of Kitchener, Ont.

The Forest View Medical Centre sits on the historic Kitchener Frame industrial site (Budd Park) at the corner of Homer Watson Boulevard and Pearson Street, explains a release from real estate adviser Avison Young.

Spanning over 35,000 square feet, it offers floor-to-ceiling views of Steckle Woods, and suites that range in size, starting at approximately 1,200 square feet.
“Not only does Forest View Medical Centre offer prime medical office space, but there are plans for a second medical building to be added in the future,” said Nick Boertien, principal of Avison Young, in statement. “This will provide further opportunities for health care providers looking to establish their practices in a dynamic, evolving medical community.”
